Sakal ekimi ve bıyık ekimi, sakal kaybı veya bıyık kaybı yaşayan ya da sakalı çıkmamış olan kişilere yönelik bir uygulamadır.

Sakal ve bıyık,saçlar gibi erkeklerin görünümlerinin önemli bir parçasını oluşturmaktadır.
Sakallı görünümünü sevdiği halde testosteron hormonuna bağlı olarak gelişen sakal ya da bıyık kaybı yaşayan veya belirli bir bölgede eksiklik ya da düzensiz görünüm durumu olan erkeklere tavsiye ettiğimiz yöntemdir.

 Sakal ekimi operasyonu yaptırarak istediğiniz sakallı görünümünüze tekrar kavuşabilirsiniz.

DHI Sakal Ekimi ve Bıyık Ekimi

Sakal ekiminde, saç ekimine benzer olarak DHI yöntemi kullanılmaktadır. Kafanın arka kısımında kalan iki kulak arasındaki saçlı bölgeden saç kökleri tek tek alınarak, sakalın olmadığı bölgeye implanter yardımı ile ekilmektedir.

Lokal anestezi altında gerçekleştirilen operasyonda, ciddi bir ağrı ya da sızı gözlemlenmemektedir.
Operasyon  sonrası süreçte ise herhangi bir yara ya da dikiş izi oluşmamaktadır.

Sakal Ekimi ve Bıyık Ekiminin Aşamaları:

Konsültasyon: Ekim işlemi diğer tüm ekim operasyonlarında olduğu gibi doktor muayenesi ile başlamaktadır.
Bu muayene sırasında iki önemli nokta dikkate alınmaktadır.
İlk olarak ekim istenilen bölgenin ihtiyacı tespit edilmekte, ikinci olarak donör bölgeden kaç greft alım yapılabileceği  değerlendirilmektedir.

Operasyon:  Operasyon sırasında, sakalların büyüme yönü dikkate alınarak ekim gerçekleştirilmektedir.

Operasyon iki temel bölümden oluşmaktadır. Önce donör bölgeden köklerin alımı ve sonrasında ihtiyaç duyulan bölgeye saç köklerinin ekimi gerçekleştirilmektedir.
Kafanın arka kısımında iki kulak arasında kalan ve donör bölge olarak ifade edilen alandan alınan saç kökleri, Uzman Doktorumuz tarafından uygulamış olduğu FUE tekniği ile teker teker istenilen bölgelere ekilmektedir.   

Pansuman ve PRP: Operasyondan sonraki gün pansuman ve PRP tedavisi uygulanmaktadır.
Klinikten ayrılmadan önce ekim sonrası dikkat edilmesi gerekenler ve yıkama işleminin nasıl yapılacağı gösterilecektir.

Sakal Ekimi ve Bıyık Ekimi Operasyonu Kimlere Uygulanır?

Testosterona bağlı olarak gelişen sakal kaybı ya da bıyık kaybı yaşayan kişilerin donör bölgesi de yeterli olduğunda, bu kişilere sakal ekimi ve/veya bıyık ekimi yapılabilmektedir. Sakal dökülmesinden muzdarip veya sakalı düzensiz olanlar ve yeterince donör saça sahip olanlae bu operasyona uygundur.

Sonuç ve İyileşme:

1 hafta sonra ekim yapılan bölge doğal görünümüne kavuşmaktadır.
Alım yapılan bölgenin iyileşmesi ve önceki görünümüne kavuşması 15 gün içinde gerçekleşmektedir.
Sakal ve bıyık ekimi sonrasında, saç ekimi sonrası talimatları uygulayabilirsiniz.

 6 ay sonra ekilen sakal ya da bıyık beklenilen sonucuna ulaşmaya başlamaktadır. 12-18 ay içinde nihai sonucu görmek mümkündür.
