Saç ekim işlemi yaptırmak isteyen birçok kişi saçın tıraşlanması gerektiğini öğrendiğinde operasyondan vazgeçer. Saç ekimi operasyonlarında kişilerin tıraşlı bir kafa ile göz önüne çıkmak istememeleri oldukça olağan bir istektir. Amaç hastalara saç ekimi işlemi sonrası iyileşme sürecinde olduğu kadar saç ekimi işlemi sırasında da hastalara rahat bir süreç sunmaktır. Yani hem hasta için hem de cerrah için doğal bir görünüm oluşturulmasının yanı sıra hastaların iş ve sosyal hayatlarına en kısa zamanda dönmeleri de çok büyük bir önem taşımaktadır.

Birkaç yıl öncesine kadar geleneksel saç ekiminde saç köklerinin çoklu ya da tek tek alımında bölgenin komple tıraşlanması gerekiyordu. Bu toplum içerisinde yarısı tıraşlanmış saçla gezmek durumunda kalan hastalar için hiç de kolay bir durum değildi. Hatta saç ekimi yaptırmak isteyen birçok kişinin işlem sırasında donör bölgenin tıraşlandığını öğrendiklerinde prosedürden vazgeçtikleri de çok sık görülen bir durumdu. Traşsız Saç Ekimi tekniği, işte bu problemi ortadan kaldırmak üzere geliştirilmiş yeni bir tekniktir.

Traşsız Saç Ekimi Nasıl Yapılır?

Traşsız Saç Ekimi yaptırmak isteyen kişilerin ameliyattan önce saçlarını biraz uzatmaları istenir. Bu prosedürde izlenilen yol donör bölgenin işlem yapılmaya gerek olmayan saçların arasına saklanması sağlanır. İlk aşamada saç foliküllerinin alınacağı bölge belirlenir. İkinci aşamada cerrah, ekibin yardımıyla mümkün olan en az etkiyle belirlenen güçlü ve sağlıklı folikülleri alır. Sonraki aşamada da alınan saç folikülleri ekilmeye hazır hale getirilir. Son aşamada ise saç ekim işlemi doğal görüntü oluşturulacak şekilde tamamlanır.

Traşsız FUE tekniği ile 2 seansta ortalama 4.000 civarında saç kökü ekilebilir. Her bir saç kökünden de 1 ila 3 arasında saç kökü çıkabilir. FUE tekniğinde kullanılan aletler ve teknikler sayesinde ekilen saç köklerinin tutma oranı artırılabilir. Altın iğneli kalemler, mikromotor tekniği gibi cihazları gibi plastik cerrahideki gelişmeler sayesinde saç ekimi işleminin başarısı her geçen gün daha da artmaktadır.

Saç ekimi işleminde operasyonun süresi ekilen greft sayısına, cerraha ve kliniğin teknolojik ekipmanına göre değişiklik gösterir. Ancak bu prosedür normal FUE tekniğinden biraz daha zor olduğu için daha çok zaman ve emek ister. Bu nedenle tıraşsız tekniklerin ücretleri birçok klinikte tıraşlanan tekniklere göre biraz daha yüksektir. Ancak sağlayacağı rahatlık düşünülünce tıraşlama nedeniyle saç ekimini erteleyen birçok hasta için oldukça cazip bir fırsattır.
